Absolute freedom of speech with "Mein BASE"
"Mein BASE" offers the perfect package for everyone comprising no standing charge, an individual selection of flat rates and a completely flexible tariff structure. Freedom of speech was never like this: "Mein BASE" customers take advantage of 30 free call minutes and 30 free SMS to other BASE customers every month - all without any standing charge, minimum call volume or connecting fee.
Customers can therefore sign up for "Mein BASE" free of charge and at no personal risk - with a minimum contract period of 24 months. Every customer can put together his or her own flat rate on top of the free basic service. The flat rate can be flexibly adjusted to meet all personal needs: all flat rate options can be changed, added or deleted every month at no expense and without extending the contract period.
E-Plus - a definite plus!
E-Plus is still offering its existing customers cheap and straightforward mobile communication packages. E-Plus has long been influencing the market in the customer's favour with "Zehnsation" and "Time & More" - both of these packages started out as innovations and can look back on a long history of success. All existing customers can continue using their E-Plus tariffs as before. They will continue to profit from all advantages of the E-Plus brand in future.

simyo
simyo is the first mobile telecoms discounter in Germany. simyo has brought some transparency into the German tariff jungle and made it nice and easy to use a mobile phone: there is just one rate to all networks at any time of day, SIM cards are sold without handsets and the SIM-only product is available exclusively on the Internet. In a nutshell: simyo is a lean product that needs no frills.
simyo reaps costs benefits from selling only over the Internet and not offering subsidized handsets. It passes these savings directly on to its customers - in the form of better rates per minute and a community tariff of five cents per minute for calls between simyo customers.
AY YILDIZ
AY YILDIZ is the first mobile phone brand designed specially for Germany's Turkish community. The majority of this target group keep in close contact with friends, family and business associates in Turkey.
With its simple, low-cost tariffs to all Turkish and German networks, AY YILDIZ enables people to connect with their old friends back home, or with people in Germany, anytime they like.
The customer service also reflects how carefully it caters to its target group: all staff working on the customer hotline speak fluent German and Turkish.
vybemobile
vybemobile is E-Plus's most recent innovation, combining a low-cost mobile phone service with free music downloads and access to over a hundred thousand titles at vybemobile's music store.
The cooperation deal between E-Plus and Universal Music Germany means customers can enjoy the best of both worlds: mobile communication and music. Lucky chance for all text fans: sms within the E-Plus net are free, each text or call minute to any network costs only 10 cents. Another goody is the mobile phone internet flat for mobile surfing by phone.
In addition, 10 free music downloads a month can be downloaded from the website to a PC or from the brand's own Surf & Music portal to a mobile phone.
The website also offers the brand's young lifestyle-oriented target group further benefits, such as regular games of chance and special online offers.
History of the E-Plus Group - year-on-year success
With approx. 19.6 million customers, the E-Plus Group is Germany's third largest mobile telecommunications network operator and since 2000 has belonged to the Dutch telecommunication group KPN.

E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH & Co. KG
The collective brand E-Plus meet diverse customer needs: the Time & More tariffs offer free call minutes and short messages to all networks at a low package price, and within the tariff Zehnsation every minute or short message to all networks costs just 10 cents.
Since 2005 the brand BASE also realises the Freedom of Speech: BASE is the first flat rate brand on the German market of mobile communication. This offer provides the best opportunities for customers who do not want to worry about per-minute charges or billing cycles.
BASE is located in our headquarters E-Plus Mobile Communications in Düsseldorf as well as all strategic controlling functions and the departments marketing, sales, technology / IT, and the administration.

E-Plus Shop GmbH
In Germany our 700 E-Plus and BASE shops with more than 1.000 employees provide first class service. Additionally, there are about 100 retail subsidiaries country-wide which belong to SMS Michel acquired in 2008.
Apart from small shops as far as national electronics companies more than 5.600 independent dealers sell our products - tendency: increasing! They are managed and controlled by the E-Plus Shop GmbH.

AY YILDIZ Communications GmbH
AY YILDIZ, located in Frankfurt/Main, started in October, 2005 as the first brand for Turkish citizens in Germany, delighting its customers by simple and cheap charges within the Turkish and German mobile networks. The offers of prepaid tariff, flat rate or long-term contracts help to connect the old to the new home, friends and families whenever and wherever the customer likes.

Gettings GmbH
The E-Plus Group's subsidiary Gettings GmbH founded in 2009 is also located in Düsseldorf. Gettings is our step into the fast-growing market of mobile advertising targeting the identification of customised, fair and cheap offers. In doing this the enterprise cooperates with strong partners (B2B). The focus lies on customer acceptance as well as the management of mobile advertisings as a foundation for innovative business models, which are target group-oriented and financed by advertising. Currently participants of the Gettings programme may be all customers of BASE, vybemobile, blau and simyo.
Starting out
E-Plus Group offers you the perfect start into working life with on-the-job training, during which you will soon be given responsibility for a number of tasks and small projects.
Training
You will also take part in a range of in-house training seminars. You will, of course, learn everything there is to know about the exciting world of telecommunications. Our experienced supervisors will always be on hand to help. You will learn all the essential elements of your particular job, plus other important aspects of a modern and innovative mobile telecoms company. We will provide you with a stimulating training with plenty of scope for you to work autonomously and use your own initiative.
Students/trainees
As a student, you can support us with your input - either by being involved in the company's day-to-day business or by carrying out project work. You would have up to 6 months for your assignment.
If you are already in the final years of your degree course, there is a possibility - depending what subject you are studying - to do an interesting 3- to 6-month internship with the E-Plus Group. This will give you the opportunity to test your theoretical knowledge and get a better idea of your future direction.
